What do you need to know about me before we start?

1. Because we take your health and well being seriously - we ask our clients to undergo an initial health and lifestyle assessment. This is done on your first session and allows us to uncover your specific needs, set individual goals and address any further queries you may have.

Can you guarantee results for me?

Yes we can. We have the necessary knowledge and experience to devise a fitness program that will set realistic goals for you and help you achieve them. With your commitment and discipline anything is possible!

How often do I need to see my personal trainer?

We suggest that you would need at least one session per week but for best results we recommend two. Many factors will determine the frequency of your training so we will assist you plan your exercise program to suit your lifestyle.

I have not exercised for a long time - is that going to be a problem?

No, we will make sure you are exercising at a safe pace that will get you working towards your fitness goal! We can also advise you on correct diet and lifestyle.

How much room do I need for a session at my home?

For a safe session we would require a minimum of 4 square meters where we can conduct a variety of fun activities. This could be in a spare room, backyard or driveway. If the weather permits we also make use of local parks and do have access to personal training studios.

Requirements for group sessions differ so make sure you advise us on the amount of participants.

Can you help me overcome an injury?

Yes, we can effectively help you rehabilitate and overcome injuries. We prescribe exercises that will assist you recover from physical ailments and will liaise with your chosen health professional.

We can safely keep you exercising while recovering from injury so you can keep fit.

I have a health issue I want to overcome - can you help?

This is one of the main reasons we are here to help. In our initial lifestyle assessment we will uncover and health issues and in some cases you will need to get a medical clearance from your chosen health professional.
