With your commitment and discipline anything is possible! How often do I need to see my personal trainer? We suggest that you would need at least one session per week but for best results we recommend two. Many factors will determine the frequency of your training so we will assist you plan your exercise program to suit your lifestyle. I have not exercised for a long time - is that going to be a problem? No, we will make sure you are exercising at a safe pace that will get you working towards your fitness goal! We can also advise you on correct diet and lifestyle. For a safe session we would require a minimum of 4 square meters where we can conduct a variety of fun activities. This could be in a spare room, backyard or driveway. If the weather permits we also make use of local parks and do have access to personal training studios. Can you help me overcome an injury? Yes, we can effectively help you rehabilitate and overcome injuries. We prescribe exercises that will assist you recover from physical ailments and will liaise with your chosen health professional. I have a health issue I want to overcome - can you help? This is one of the main reasons we are here to help.
