| Soccer Coaching and Conditioning
Fitness Goal Personal Training specializes in soccer specific programs for aspiring junior and youth soccer players. Our services extend through to senior players looking for further skill refinement and improvement in athletic conditioning. Our aim is to compliment club level coaching and training and provide players with the opportunity to train more regularly under the supervision of expert coaches. Training programs are created to suit the needs of each individual, appropriate to age and playing level. From passionate beginners, learning basic technique - through to advanced players wanting to fully develop their potential and move towards a professional career. We teach the necessary skills and soccer concepts which suit and reflect the learning capacity of each player. Our methods are strongly based on South American skill development techniques and principals which aim to give players total comfort when in possession of the ball. We couple this with leading fitness training methods and strength conditioning for the precise needs of a modern day player. Skill sessions are conducted 1 on 1 or in groups of up to 6 players.
We highly recommend you book 2 sessions per week for best results! Services include consulting for clubs looking to set coaching schedules and development programs for the upcoming season. Pre-season player conditioning programs for club teams are available and are between 6-8 weeks in duration. Our philosophy is to develop young people into well rounded adults through the game of soccer.
