Fitness Goal Personal Training is now offering an exciting new Online Strength and Conditioning service for athletes of all sports.

We not only offer exceptional programs for athletes, but design effective general training programs for weight loss, muscle gain and all fitness needs! Getting started with your individualised online personal training program is a simple step away.

Have a custom made program written to suit your specific needs by our expert strength coach Fernando Solis – Level 1 ASCA coach.

There’s no doubting that 1 on 1 face to face coaching is the best way to get properly trained, supervised and motivated – but the financial investment of 2-3 sessions per week can be unaffordable for some.

But saving money shouldn’t lead you to waste valuable time doing the wrong type of work out. There’s an endless amount of generic programs out there that may not fulfil your specific training goals and requirements. Having bigger arms and legs isn’t necessarily going to improve your sporting performance!

After an extensive consultation we will design an online training program that is right for your needs so you can achieve true sporting excellence!

If you have experience in the gym I would highly recommend our professional online personal training service to you – It’s designed by an expert coach, is cost effective and it works!

All programs come in 8-week blocks that will ensure you progress to the required levels of fitness and/or strength before you move onto the next stage of your programming where the training will increase in difficulty.

Remember: You will receive a custom designed personal training program written specifically for you by a qualified, professional and internationally experienced strength and conditioning coach.

Our programs are designed to work in with your current weekly sporting commitments and will compliment your weekly club or team training.

You will need:
1. Access to a gym or have your own equipment. Programs are designed to suit your level of experience and make use of the equipment you have available
2. Have some level of athletic ability
3. To be serious about improving your athletic performance and fully commit to the training program
4. To be free of any major health concerns that may inhibit your ability to train. A health screening form will be sent to you before you are approved for our training.

Your first 8-week training cycle is valued at just $287.

Just $287 for a fully customised online program with online support included.

Follow up programs are valued at $249
