1. Because we take your health and well being seriously, you’ll undergo an initial health and lifestyle assessment. This is done during your first session and allows us to uncover any health issues that may impede your ability to safely carry out a workout or any future exercise programs with us.
During this initial consultation we’ll also determine your:
- Specific training needs
- Individual training goals
- Address any further questions or queries

How often do I need to see my personal trainer?
We suggest that you would need at least one session per week but for best results we recommend two. Many factors will determine the frequency of your training so we will assist you plan your exercise program to suit your lifestyle. This is one of the main reasons we are here to help. In our initial lifestyle assessment we will uncover and health issues and in some cases you will need to get a medical clearance from your chosen health professional.
